How It Works

Registration

Enterprises, Educational Institutes and Training Institutes register on our website by filling details like email address, physical address along with contact information.

A unique member-id will be generated for each registered entity and a verification e-mail is sent. Please ensure to store the member-id which needs to be entered for every login attempt.

Once entity clicks the verification link, our admin will  give access to the web site upon successful verification of your credentials.

2 Types of membership are available –

a) Trial –

Entities (Enterprises, Educational Institutes, Training Institutes) can use trial membership to use our web site and services for a period of 30 days for free.

Enterprises cannot post more than 10 requests (project request, hiring request, training request) during trial membership.

Educational Institutes cannot respond to more than 10 requests (project request, hiring request) during trial membership.

Training Institutes cannot respond to more than 10 training requests during trial membership.

Further Entities can only register one user during trail membership.

b) Premium –

Premium membership is a paid membership offered for periods of 1 month, 6 months or 12 months.

Enterprises and Training Institutes pay the required membership fees via our online payment methods. Once the required fees is paid, our admin will give grant access to use our website and services for the duration of membership period.

Educational Institutes are offered free Premium membership. We do not charge any fees from Educational Institutes.

The following are the benefits of Premium membership:

• Enterprises can post unlimited number of Project, Hiring and Training Requests
• Educational Institutes can respond to unlimited number of Project and Hiring Requests
• Training Institutes can respond to unlimited number of  Training Requests.
• Entities can register upto 10 users who represent them.

Enterprises, Educational Institutes and Training Institutes are encouraged strongly to renew their membership in a timely manner to avoid de-activation or suspension of their membership.

Posting Requests

Enterprises (Any private, public or government entity) can post the following types of Requests:

a) Project Request 

Enterprises can post a project request by filling the project request form with any attachments using our website.

Project requests are typically meant for collaborating with Educational Institutes for executing Research Projects, Proof of Concept Projects etc. either on short or long term basis.

b) Talent Request 

Enterprises can post a talent request by filling the talent request form with any attachments using our website.

Talent requests are typically meant for hiring students as interns or employees from Educational Institutes

b) Training Request

Enterprises can post a training request by filling the training request form with any attachments using our website.

Training requests are typically meant for empowering the employees/workforce with necessary training from Trainng Institutes
