We periodically archive and delete the records of Project Requests, Hiring Requests and Training Requests. Generally, we delete/destroy all the information about Requests after 3 months of approval/acceptance/rejection/completion.
We also delete the Registration information of Entities if the accounts are expired or suspended or de-activated after 3 months of expiry/suspension/de-activation.
Users and Entities agree that you are solely responsible
for keeping the Membership Registration Active;
for storing the required information about Project Requests, Hiring Requests and Training Requests locally on your systems.
Users agree that the content you posted should not contain any sensitive information and e-bridgethegap.com is not responsible for loss/misuse of such information posted on our Website.

2. How do we store your information?
We use hosting provider GoDaddy.com Services in India, therefore your information may be transferred to and stored on servers in various locations both in and outside of India.

When Enterprises award a project to an Educational Institute, we provide your contact information to Educational Institutes for collaboration
We provide the contact information and other details of Educational Institutes to Enterprises whenever a project is awarded or hiring request is posted.
When Enterprises award a Training to a Training Institute, we provide your contact information to Training Institutes for collaboration.
We provide the contact information and other details of Training Institutes to Enterprises whenever a project is awarded or hiring request is posted.
Entities agree to the above sharing of information for collaboration and you do not sue or make us legally liable for the sharing of the above information.
If you do not agree to the above, entities are requested not to use our website or services.
We collect the feedback from users to improve the content of our web site, and we notify the users about updates to our web site.
We send you emails to verify your account and other transaction emails for operational purposes, such as coupons, billing, account management, or system maintenance. You may only stop those emails by terminating your account.
